Position Overview Assist with development of Internet/intranet/extranet-based applications utilizing LAMP technologies. Provide written design documents, test plans and test results. Integrate and implement related application components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration. Play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications. May collaborate with outside vendors in developing applications, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality. Essential Duties & Required Competencies Strong foundation in PHP, MySQL. Experience programming on Apache & Unix/Linux systems using LAMP. HTML, XHTML, and JavaScript Experience with MySQL schema and relational structures. Education & Other Requirements BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience 2+ years professional experience developing business-class Web apps. Be prepared to provide work samples and professional references
